Getting ready for your TreeClimb adventure? Choosing the right gear means you'll be comfy and safe while soaring through the trees!
Mandatory for Your Safety & Comfort:
Closed-Toe Shoes: You must wear secure, enclosed shoes like sneakers or trainers. These should be tied securely and stay on your feet during climbing. Open-toed shoes, sandals, or heels are not permitted.
Comfortable Clothing: Opt for activewear or comfortable clothing that allows for full range of movement. Avoid loose clothing, crop tops, or short skirts/shorts that might ride up when wearing a harness. Think long shorts, leggings, or track pants.
Tie Back Long Hair: If you have long hair, please tie it back securely in a low ponytail, bun, or braid. This ensures it fits comfortably under a helmet and won't get caught.
Gloves are Mandatory: You can bring your own sturdy gloves (garden or thin work gloves work well), or you can purchase a pair from us when you check-in.
Pro Tip: Don't wear your freshest kicks or fancy new white clothes! You're in nature, so use some common sense β the fashion police aren't on the course. Comfort and safety are key!
Recommended to Bring:
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated! We have fresh drinking water available on-site for refills.
Gold Coin for Lockers: If you wish to secure personal belongings, bring a $1 coin for our lockers.
Your Phone: You can bring your phone on the course to capture those amazing moments! We highly recommend ensuring it's securely attached to you, perhaps with a lanyard or a secure zip pocket. Please be aware, if you drop your phone or any other personal item from the course, it's at your own risk, and retrieving it may not be possible or could incur a fee.
What to Leave Behind (for Safety & Ease):
Loose Jewellery: Dangling earrings, necklaces, or bracelets can snag or get caught.
Watches: Consider removing watches that aren't securely fastened.
Personal Bags/Backpacks: These cannot be worn on the course. Please use our lockers if you bring a bag.
