Companion Cards and Inclusive Adventures

TreeClimb welcomes all abilities! Learn about support for physical/intellectual disabilities and how to discuss Companion Cards.

Updated yesterday

At TreeClimb, we warmly welcome all climbers, including those with varying physical and/or intellectual disabilities. Our core aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where everyone can climb, challenge themselves, and have the opportunity to reach their full potential amongst the trees.

Planning Your Accessible Climb:

  • Extra Assistance or Supervision: If you or the person/s you are booking for require extra assistance or close supervision due to physical or intellectual difficulties, learning difficulties, medical conditions, impairments, or other disabilities, please let us know when booking or contacting us. Informing our team in advance allows us to understand specific needs and discuss how we can best support your adventure to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Nets Adventure Supervision (where available): For the Nets Adventure, children 6 years and under must have an adult on the Nets Course (1 adult to a maximum of 2 kids). Children aged 7-15 years are able to climb with an adult present in the venue (they do not have to be on the course). This is a general supervision requirement for the Nets course.

Regarding Companion Cards:

  • TreeClimb aims to be as inclusive as possible. If you hold a valid Companion Card and require your companion to assist you during your climb, please contact our team directly before booking to discuss your specific needs and how we can facilitate your visit.
