Ready for a birthday bash or special celebration that's truly unforgettable? TreeClimb Party Packages are designed for ultimate fun and convenience, making your event a breeze. Get ready to celebrate high in the treetops!


What Makes a TreeClimb Party Special?

Our Party Packages include thrilling TreeClimb admission, along with exclusive add-ons like delicious food options and even icecream cake! Each package includes a reserved table for you and your guests, providing a dedicated space for your celebration.

  • Party Packages are available only on weekends and during school holidays.

  • Minimum numbers are required for all Party Packages.

  • We have limited packages available each weekend, so it's best to book at least 7 days in advance to secure your spot!


How to Book Your Party

Booking your TreeClimb party is simple and can be done conveniently online, 24/7!

  1. Choose Your Package & Date: Head to our dedicated Birthday Parties page on our website: www.TreeClimb.com.au/groups/birthday-parties. Select your preferred party package and chosen date.

  2. Enter Details & Pay: Follow the prompts to enter your party details, including the minimum number of climbers required for your chosen package, and complete your payment.

  3. Manage Your Booking Online: Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link to your online Roller account, where you can manage your party booking with ease! Through your account, you can:

    • View your booking details at any time.

    • Invite guests directly from your booking.

    • Collect waivers from your guests digitally before they arrive.

    • Add extra climbers (if space is available) to your booking.

    • Reschedule your party (subject to our 48-hour notice period).


Party Package Options

Kids Course Party

For climbers between 100cm and 145cm (typically ages 4–8).

From $43 per climber | Minimum 10 climbers required

Included with every Kids Course Party package:

  • Kids Course admission

  • Reserved party table

  • Gloves for every climber

  • Birthday Party Organiser Pack (invitations + 2 free regular coffees)

  • Free return pass for the birthday child

Grand Course Party

For climbers 135cm and taller (typically ages 8+).

From $50 per climber | Minimum 10 climbers required

Included with every Grand Course Party package:

  • TreeClimb Grand Course admission

  • Reserved party table

  • Gloves for every climber

  • Birthday Party Organiser Pack (invitations + 2 free regular coffees)

  • Free return pass for the birthday child

Optional Add-Ons (both packages)

  • Party food (dietary options available)

  • Ice cream birthday cake

  • Trolli party bag

Packages are available at all three venues: Adelaide, Kuitpo Forest, and Salisbury.


Payment & Adjustments:

A minimum of 10 climbers is required for all party packages.

When booking, you can choose one of two payment options:

  • Pay in full at the time of booking

  • Pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due the week prior to the party

There is a minimum number of climbers required for Party Packages; changes within this minimum won't be credited. If you wish to credit any climbers over the minimum, 48 hours notice is required.

  • Cancellation of add-ons requires 7 days notice and will be credited.

  • All payments are non-refundable.


Extra Party Details:

You are more than welcome to BYO food, drinks, tables, chairs, or decorations to enhance your celebration! Please note we cannot hold or store any of your items, including cold food in our fridges or back rooms. We have a café on-site where you can purchase hot and cold food and drinks. No alcohol is permitted.
