What Makes a TreeClimb Party Special?
Our Party Packages include thrilling TreeClimb admission, along with exclusive add-ons like delicious food options and even icecream cake! Each package includes a reserved table for you and your guests, providing a dedicated space for your celebration.
Party Packages are available only on weekends and during school holidays.
Minimum numbers are required for all Party Packages.
We have limited packages available each weekend, so it's best to book at least 7 days in advance to secure your spot!
How to Book Your Party
Booking your TreeClimb party is simple and can be done conveniently online, 24/7!
Choose Your Package & Date: Head to our dedicated Birthday Parties page on our website: www.TreeClimb.com.au/groups/birthday-parties. Select your preferred party package and chosen date.
Enter Details & Pay: Follow the prompts to enter your party details, including the minimum number of climbers required for your chosen package, and complete your payment.
Manage Your Booking Online: Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will contain a link to your online Roller account, where you can manage your party booking with ease! Through your account, you can:
View your booking details at any time.
Invite guests directly from your booking.
Collect waivers from your guests digitally before they arrive.
Add extra climbers (if space is available) to your booking.
Reschedule your party (subject to our 48-hour notice period).
Choose Your Party Style:
We offer three fantastic party styles to fit your celebration:
Platinum Party Package: Everything's included! Let us take care of all the details, so you can relax and enjoy the fun.
Gold Party Package: Food and invitations are included, giving you a great foundation while leaving some flexibility for your own touches.
DIY Party: You simply book the climbing, and we'll take care of the aerial adventure! The rest of the party planning is in your hands. Please note: DIY Parties do not include a reserved table; reserved tables are exclusive to our Party Packages.
What's Included in Party Packages?
Depending on the package you choose, you can expect:
TreeClimb Admission: For 10 or more climbers on either the Kids Course or Grand Course.
Organiser Pack: Includes TreeClimb invitations and complimentary coffees for the organiser on the day.
Reserved Table: A dedicated table for your party and guests for just over 3 hours.
Ice Cream Cake: (Included in Platinum Package) We'll keep it chilled and bring it out when you're ready!
Party Bags: (Included in Platinum Package) Each climber receives a party bag, including a TreeClimb silicon wristband, stickers, and lollies.
Paper Goods: Paper plates, cups, and wooden cutlery for you and your guests.
Gloves: Included in the ticket price for Party Packages.
Lunch Box: (Included in Platinum & Gold Packages) Each climber receives a lunch box with a yoghurt, jelly cup, lollies, popcorn, assorted fruit and veg sticks, plus a choice of either a ham and cheese sandwich or a sausage roll.
Optional Party Add-Ons:

Party Bags: (if not already included) Each bag includes a TreeClimb silicon wristband, TreeClimb-themed stickers, and lollies.
Organiser Pack: TreeClimb invitations and 2 x regular coffees on the day of the climb.
Ice Cream Cake: Pre-order an ice cream cake, and we'll store it for you until it's time to celebrate.
Nets Adventure: Add the Nets Adventure to your package (available exclusively at TreeClimb Kuitpo Forest).
Party Requirements:
Course Requirements:
Grand Course: Minimum height 135cm.
Kids Course: Minimum height 100cm.
Nets Adventure: Children 6 years and under are required to have an adult on the Nets Course with them at all times (maximum 1 adult per 2 children).
Clothing: Activewear is recommended. All climbers must wear closed-toe shoes, and long hair needs to be tied back. Gloves are mandatory (BYO or purchase).
On the Day of Your Party:
We recommend that your group arrives at least 30 minutes before your climb is booked. This allows time for everyone to arrive, use the restrooms, and check in before your climb's designated start time. Your climbers will have either 80 minutes (Kids Course) or 2 hours (Grand Course/Nets Adventure) for their safety briefing, practice course, and climbing. The remaining time at the end of your session is all yours for cake, presents, and relaxing! Please ensure your area is clear and rubbish is in the bins provided before your reserved time is up.
Payment & Adjustments:
All Party Packages have a minimum number of climbers that you are required to pay for upfront. You can add more climbers online if capacity allows.
There is a minimum number of climbers required for Party Packages; changes within this minimum won't be credited. If you wish to credit any climbers over the minimum, 48 hours notice is required.
Cancellation of add-ons requires 7 days notice and will be credited.
All payments are non-refundable.
Extra Party Details:
You are more than welcome to BYO food, drinks, tables, chairs, or decorations to enhance your celebration! Please note we cannot hold or store any of your items, including cold food in our fridges or back rooms. We have a café on-site where you can purchase hot and cold food and drinks. No alcohol is permitted.
