It's completely normal to feel a few butterflies before or during your TreeClimb adventure β that's part of the thrill! We encourage you to challenge yourself, but we also want you to understand what happens if you find yourself too scared to continue or need to come off a course early.
Understanding Our Courses & What to Expect:
All our TreeClimb courses are designed to flow in one direction and typically finish via a thrilling zipline. Once you begin, the natural progression of the course means you're committing to moving forward.
Non-Refundable Tickets: We understand that climbers might, at times, be unable to complete a course due to fear, a sudden change of mind, or unexpected nerves. Please be aware that tickets are non-refundable if you choose not to complete the course or come off before your session time has finished.
If You Need Assistance Mid-Climb:
We have an amazing team ready to support you. We understand there will be instances where climbers cannot complete a course due to various reasons, including:
Fitness levels.
Phobias (like heights).
Nerves taking over.
If you find yourself in a situation where you are unable to proceed and require a TreeClimb Crew member to "rescue" you from one of our courses, our team is highly trained to assist you safely back to the ground. However, please note that if you are rescued from a course, you will unfortunately not be able to return to that course for the remainder of the day.
Our crew are always there to offer encouragement and guidance, but ultimately, your adventure is "challenge by choice," and we ask you to consider your comfort and capability before and during your climb.
