Arrival Guide

Ensure a smooth TreeClimb start! Arrive 15 mins early for check-in, wristband, gloves & restrooms. Learn about harnessing & late arrivals.

Updated this week

To ensure you kick off your adventure smoothly and make the most of your climb, please arrive at your chosen TreeClimb location 15 minutes before your booked session time.

Your booked time is when your essential safety briefing begins. Arriving 15 minutes early gives you enough time to:

  • Check-in at our friendly Eco Hut, where you'll receive a wristband with your climb's start and end times.

  • Collect your gloves (if you haven't brought your own).

  • Use the restrooms. This is super important to maximise your climb time, as you can't go to the toilet once you're wearing a harness!

  • Get ready for your harnessing session. Our staff will put your harness on and remove it for you, and they'll always ensure it's properly checked for your safety.

Listen out for your harnessing session call!

What if you're running a bit late? We get it, sometimes things don't go to plan! While we'll aim to get you up in the trees, a harnessing session is all about safety, and it's like a bus – once it starts, you've missed it. We need to ensure you hear everything clearly to climb safely, and we don't want other climbers' experiences affected because of delays. We'll do our best to squeeze you into the next available session, but this may reduce your climb time. If sessions are fully booked, we may need to reschedule your adventure to another time.
