Digital Gift Cards: These are perfect for instant gifts! Choose your desired card value or a specific TreeClimb experience, and have it emailed instantly or scheduled for future delivery directly to the lucky adventurer. You can even email it to yourself for a DIY gift card – simply print it off if you're running short on time!
Physical Gift Cards: Prefer something tangible? Select your card, and we can either post it to you, or you can collect it from one of our venues. You can also purchase physical gift cards directly in-venue.
Redeeming Your Gift Card
Got a TreeClimb gift card? Here's how to use it to book your next climb or spend it at our parks:
Go to Our Booking Page: To book a session, visit the "Book Now" section on our website (TreeClimb.com.au/book-now) and choose your preferred TreeClimb location, course, date, and time.
Enter Your Gift Card Code: During the checkout process on our secure Roller booking platform, you'll find a designated field for "Gift Card" or "Promo Code." Simply enter your unique card code there.
Apply Value: The value of your card will be automatically applied to your booking total.
Complete Booking: If your booking total is more than your card's value, you can easily pay the remaining balance. Once complete, you'll receive your booking confirmation, which will have a separate booking ID.
Using Cards In-Park: Your gift card can also be used for purchases at our Eco Hut, like buying gear, snacks from our café, or merchandise!
Important Things to Know About Your Gift Card
Card Number vs. Booking ID: It's easy to get these mixed up! Your Gift Card Number is the unique code you use to pay for a booking or in-park purchases. Once you've successfully used it to book a session, you'll receive a separate Booking ID for that specific climb. Keep both handy, but remember their different uses!
Validity & Expiry: TreeClimb gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Please check your card for its specific expiry date. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Use Across All Venues: Your TreeClimb gift card is valid for use at any TreeClimb location (Adelaide CBD, Kuitpo Forest, Salisbury). You can use it to book any available session pass or to purchase items from the café and merchandise shop at the park.
