How to Book Your RAA Member Discount
To access your RAA member discount, bookings must be made directly through the RAA website. This ensures your member benefits are applied correctly.
Visit the RAA Website: Go to the TreeClimb offer page on the RAA website: our.raa.com.au/membership/member-discounts-and-offers/treeclimb
Select Your Tickets: Follow the prompts on the RAA page to choose your preferred TreeClimb location, course, date, and time.
Complete Your Booking: Finalise your discounted booking directly through the RAA platform.
Important Notes for RAA Members
Online Bookings Only: Your RAA discount is valid for online bookings made via the RAA website only. It cannot be applied to bookings made directly through the TreeClimb website or at the park.
Proof of Membership: Please remember to bring your valid RAA membership card (physical or digital) with you on the day of your climb, as proof of membership may be required at check-in.
Standard TreeClimb Policies Apply: All other TreeClimb policies, including our weather policy, cancellation and rescheduling terms, clothing requirements, and safety guidelines, apply to RAA member bookings.
