Plans change? No worries! Managing your TreeClimb booking offers flexibility to adjust your adventure. Our convenient options allow you to change dates and times or add climbers, ensuring your booked session is utilised. Please note: All bookings are non-refundable. When you have a confirmed booking, you are required to attend your scheduled session. The modification options provided are for adjusting your plans, not for requesting a refund or choosing not to attend.


Ways to Manage Your TreeClimb Booking:

We offer several convenient ways to adjust your adventure, with self-service online options being our preferred method for quick updates. Of course, we're always happy to help via phone or email if you need us!

  1. Manage from Your Online Account (Self-Service 24/7): You can easily reschedule your booking or add climbers online 24/7 via our booking portal. This is the quickest way to make changes yourself!

    • To Reschedule: Log in, go to "My Tickets," view your booking details, click "Edit Booking," choose "Reschedule," and simply pick another available date and time. Confirm your choices, then "Checkout" to pay any balance and "Update Booking."

    • To Add Climbers: You can add additional climbers directly through the portal, provided there's space available in your chosen session.

    • Important Cut-off: You can make online modifications up to 12 hours before your scheduled session time.

  2. Manage from Your Email Link: A link to manage your booking is also provided directly in your booking confirmation email. This link will take you to your reservation details within the Roller portal, where you can make similar online adjustments.

  3. Via Phone Call or Email: For specific changes, assistance with group bookings, or if you're within the 12-hour window of your booking, our customer support team is ready to help:

    • Email: [email protected] (We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours).


Important Notes for Changes:

  • No Refunds: Please remember that all bookings are non-refundable. The options to modify your booking are provided to help you adjust your scheduled adventure rather than forfeit your ticket.

  • Group Bookings (15+ Climbers): If you have a group booking of 15 or more climbers, it's best to contact us directly via phone or email for any changes or assistance. This helps us provide the most efficient and tailored support for your larger group.

  • Reducing Climbers or Changing Locations: For changes like reducing the number of climbers or altering your TreeClimb location, please contact our team directly.
